CHALLENGE

MonOrthodontist needed a modern reservation system including automation for patients and doctors. Preventing missed appointment is a major source of saving and optimization.
 

SOLUTION

Accelerator Team proposed a fully scalable system able to confirm hundreds of patient appointments per hour. The solution is based on AWS Lambda with Node.js and an SQL database synchronized from patient lists extracted from medical software.
 

OUTCOME

This system is in production since 2016 and is still working flawlessly every day.
